Journey to Alchemy Nourish, where the soul is fed. A creative group program that’s not just about recovery; it’s about transformation.
Alchemy Nourish is a 3-month community container that is centered in finding your identity and voice outside of your eating disorder. This program is for those who wish to invest their heart and energy into the passions, connections, and self interests that light the, up. This group utilizes creative healing, live coaching, and play.
1:1 RECOVERY COACHING

Guidance and insight into what you need to make progress and integrate change.
In our work together we focus on the here and now, facing Eating Disorder behaviors, thoughts and cycles head on to implement change. We will replace these actions with more healing and healthy ones. We will open the door to empower your healthy self.
WHATS INCLUDED:
60-minute virtual session weekly or bi-weekly.
Weekly your progress.
Virtual text support 3x/week in between sessions (not available with sliding scale).
Integrated communication with your treatment team (if you have one) to stay consistent with goals.
Homework (journal prompts, self care activities, etc.) to continue

1:1 SONDERSELF RECOVERY PROGRAM

A 10-week virtual healing experience that includes 1:1 weekly coaching calls touching on the stages of healing, personalized journal prompts and self care activities. Clients who choose the program also get access to communication and support outside of their weekly sessions. This is the ultimate immersive experience and I have seen major success with every client who does the full program.
WHATS INCLUDED:
10 weeks of 60-minute sessions via zoom to go over the various phases of the SonderSelf Program, as well as a focus on your personalized goals. Some sessions may be closer to 90 minutes
2 personalized weekly Journal Prompts.
1 personalized weekly love action (self care activity) catered to you.
Artistic and creative tools and skills to face your healing.
An included virtual meal session to face a fear food challenge, together.
Virtual text support 3x/week in between sessions
Integrated communication with your treatment team (if you have one) to stay consistent with goals.
30% off of weekly 1:1 coaching sessions for life after completing the program!

1:1 MEAL SUPPORT

Meal support may be one of the most stressful and difficult parts of your day. I specialize in group and individual meal support, offering guidance and a helping hand to build trust with nourishing yourself and shifting away from food rules, anxiety, and fear. Meal support sessions are here to nurture you.
WHATS INCLUDED:
60 minute sessions where we will both eat a meal together (breakfast, lunch, or dinner)
Portioning support: we will build your plate to make sure you are meeting your nutritional needs (in collaboration with your dietician if you have one)
Goals and intention setting during meals to encourage being present and building trust within the mind and body. Checking in on hunger/fullness cues to connect physically.
Navigating any urges or disordered thoughts that come up before, during, and after the meal.
The option to do a fear food challenge, where I will eat the exact same item as an act of solidarity and love
