As a coach, my role is to help guide you through the here and now, and work together towards where you want to go. We won't focus much on the past, or the reasons why you, developed struggles, unless they are central to what you are currently facing. I offer support in between sessions which is something that sets coaches apart. I also utilize CCI training with clients such as implementing resources like the 8 Keys to Recovery from an Eating Disorder workbook.
As someone who has also overcome an Eating Disorder, I can help hold space for your experience and allow you to feel safe and seen. I can also work in addition with your treatment team (therapist, dietician, etc.) to support you in areas of your day to day life and the present moment. Any client sessions outside of CO are held virtually.
Therapists and other licensed practitioners have specialized training to help you get to the roots why your eating disorder or body image issues began, and may also be able to diagnose and treat other mental health issues present such as depression, anxiety, etc.
My services do NOT substitute traditional therapy, or a higher level of care. I am not a therapist, dietician, or residential treatment service.

As a coach, I am here to be a supportive and valuable addition to a treatment team or your journey to help you implement goals you are working on in daily life.
I am trained to work in real life, day-to-day situations that other team members may not have the ability to perform due to time constraints or legal reasons.
I offer meal support sessions, and between-sessions support via text. This sets coaching apart to support you in the here and now.
I will work with you in the here and now, dealing with any current thoughts, feelings, and behaviors you’re facing to help you build a life and skill base rooted in recovery that is lasting and complimentary to the goals you may be working on with your team. I also implement creative and holistic practices that make my coaching unique and explorative.
Thank you for thinking of me, I am looking forward to helping you heal.
