have gratitude for your body

It can be so easy to lose sight of just how much our bodies’ so for us. If you find yourself judging, shaming, questioning, even hating your body…circle back to gratitude and appreciation. Can you thank your eyes for being able to see the beauty of nature and flutter open when you wake up in the morning? Can you thank your legs for being able to move you from one place to another whenever you need to? Can you thank your arms for being able to embrace a loved one? Think about all of the amazing things your body does for you, and how it fights to keep you healthy and alive. Write out a list of all of the things you are grateful for within your physical, and emotional vessel of life. YOU ARE ALIVE. HERE. NOW. THAT IS A MIRACLE.

Hold space for all of the amazing things your body holds space for. Maybe you have a unique freckle on your face that makes you smile. Maybe you have a belly laugh that makes everyone else laugh along. Maybe you have a vibrant, powerful light that radiates and draws in magic. Maybe you impact people’s lives so powerfully and deeply, and you aren’t even aware. There are so many wonderful things about you.
